I laughed out loud so many times because I could totally identify with the examples in a lot of the Chapters, and there is genuine humor in the book as well. The author doesn't make you feel bad about yourself, but rather demonstrates how so many people can and often do fall into the same ruts and mistakes. Very pleasurable reading.

Larry is apparently one of the true cerebral and insightful people in the auto industry. But, this book is not just for people who are in the auto industry, but for those who choose to wake up every morning with purpose. I would highly recommend this for those just starting out as well as those who feel that they have "made it", as well as anyone in between.
