All eyes – and ears – are on Larry when he holds his training sessions. He conveys common sense wisdom through storytelling, humor, historical knowledge, and famous quotes. Thousands of people from New England to Florida, Pennsylvania to California, and many places in between – plus Canada – have benefited from his interactive, engaging, and entertaining motivational training.
Larry J. Feldman is a 30-year veteran of the auto industry, having been an award-winning Cadillac Salesperson, General Manager, and Dealer Principal. He has owned and operated the recruiting and training company Career Changers USA since 2012. He is the founder and co-host of the popular podcast Lethal Sales and a regular weekly participant on numerous industry web shows and podcasts.
Larry is an avid rock and roll lover and the lead singer and songwriter for the long-time Philadelphia band, The Real Fugitives. He’s a voracious reader of American history, and a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan. Larry lives in Richboro, PA, with his long-suffering wife, Louis the Inside Cat, and his numerous feral cousins in the backyard, thousands of books, and more vinyl and CDs than anyone can count.
Harry Willner
Sidekick to the President
Harry Willner has nearly 40 years of experience in every aspect of the auto industry: buying, selling, wholesale, leasing, and dealership management. In the 80s he co-owned Fleetway Isuzu, Isuzu Medium Duty Trucks, and Suzuki, and received accolades for his outstanding achievements in vehicle leasing. Two years ago, Harry decided to retire. Then Larry called. It didn’t take much to pull Harry back in! He loves helping auto industry professionals find the right job and grow their careers, and assisting Larry with training sessions.
Harry lives in Newtown Square with his wife Judy, and is the proud father to Neil and Avi and grandfather to Brayden and Ryder. He is a big fan of New York sports teams, coaching basketball, and an active member of the Kaiserman Jewish Community Center.
Roseanne Amato Erxleben
Director of Operations
Roseanne has always had a love of cars. A lifelong Corvette enthusiast, the automobile has always played a role in her career. From a teenager working in retail auto parts and as an assistant service advisor, to the corporate world of auto insurance, Roseanne would go on to be a 24-year veteran of the industry and founder of Allbetter Insurance Services Corporation in Hamilton Township, NJ. Ever the multi-tasker, she simultaneously owned Yardville Vintage Shoppe; a retail antique shop, for 10 years.
Through the insurance industry, Roseanne met Larry at a Cadillac dealership nearly 30 years ago, and the rest is history. She now proudly serves as Director of Operations at Career Changers USA.
When not working, Roseanne likes to paint, play the piano, and drive! She lives in Burlington County, NJ, with her husband Lee. Together they enjoy fine art, antiques, Florida Keys fishing, and a great steak, but mostly each other.
Rhonda Wenner
Marketing Director
Rhonda Wenner joined the Career Changers USA team in 2020, bringing decades of marketing expertise and a strategic vision that has helped the business reach new heights. As Marketing Director, Rhonda has been instrumental in expanding the company's reach, refining its brand presence, and connecting dealerships nationwide with Larry's training and recruiting services. Her ability to craft compelling messaging and build meaningful relationships has been a driving force behind Career Changers' continued growth and success.
Beyond her marketing prowess, Rhonda is also the co-host of Lethal Sales, Larry's popular podcast, where they share insights, stories, and strategies for automotive professionals. Her blend of marketing knowledge, creative thinking, and genuine passion for helping dealerships thrive makes her an invaluable part of the team.
Sara Raz
Digital Overlord
Sara Raz joined Career Changers USA in 2020 as a webmaster, bringing her full-stack development skills and eye for thoughtful web design to the team. As the company's resident tech guru, Sara keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from building and maintaining the website to solving complex technical challenges that would leave most people scratching their heads. Whether it's troubleshooting a tricky issue or implementing new features, Sara handles it all with ease and a healthy dose of humor.
Larry often jokes that Sara can fix anything tech-related faster than he can explain what's wrong. Her combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and approachable personality makes her the go-to person for keeping Career Changers USA at the cutting edge of technology.
